Second.
I saw a bunch of people from high school on the bus to the metro.Jean-René, Camille, Cassandre, and who I think was Shaun, but I’m not really sure. I saw Karianne, Suzie and Marilys on the metro too, so that was nice.
First.
First day of college today. I admit I was a little more stressed than I let on, but things have gone well enough so far. I was actually a couple minutes late for my first class, but the teacher didn’t seem to mind it that much; I wasn’t the only one late anyways, so that was sort of reassuring. One thing that bothered me was that I learned that absences were actually taken into account. Not what I thought. But it’s not like I plan to be absent much anyways…
The Day After.
So we,re almost officially august 24th 2009, either almost my first day of college classes. I can’t wait, though I’m a little nervous, for the same reasons I mentionned this afternoon. I also have to remember to ask my teachers about the netbook: I have no idea if they’ll mind my taking notes with it or not. (more…)
College.
I’m starting college tomorrow, as most people would know. (And by most people, I mean the people who actually know me on a real-name basis.) And I’m not that stressed out about it at all, really. It’s just that I’m a little nervous about the english classes. I’ve never had a real english class, and so I’m a bit scared that the terminology the teachers are going to use is going to lose me a bit.
